Mental Health and Wellbeing Board

At R J Mitchell Primary School we are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of our whole school community; children, staff, parents and carers. We know that everyone experiences life challenges that can make us vulnerable and in need of additional emotional support at times. Therefore the Mental Health and Wellbeing Board meets on a half termly basis and focuses on all aspects of the well-being at RJ Mitchell. The Board members are Mr Read (Head Teacher) and other key leads in the school.

In addition, our Student and Family Liaison Officer, Carole Warrington, is in school four days a week to provide pastoral support to students and parents/carers. She is able to help with any issues that may arise in relation to supporting our students and families, both at home and in school. Should you have a personal concern or school related issue please contact Carole on the school number.
