Dear parents / carers,
Tomorrow, Wednesday 18th December, is our trip to the Natural History Museum.
We are aiming to leave at 9am so please make sure your child is in school in plenty of time.
They need to be in full school uniform with a coat. They are permitted to wear trainers as we will be doing a lot of walking. They need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle. We suggest lunch in a plastic carrier bag so once the children have finished eating, they can throw away any rubbish and don't have anything to carry.
We are aiming to return to school by 4:15pm, but this does depend on the trains and how quickly we can walk back from Elm Park Station. We will of course keep you updated via jotter of our estimated time of arrival back at school.
